Attendance

24-HOUR ATTENDANCE LINE

303-387-3002

Please give two hours notice for an early release out of a class period. Although we strive to do our best to release your student, not providing enough notice for an early release could result in a delay in releasing your student. Alternatively, students may bring in a note to the attendance window from their parents excusing them from class and a pass will be written at that time.

  • Line 1 - EARLY RELEASE (getting out of class early for an appointment, etc.)
  • Line 2 - TARDY LINE (arriving late to class)
  • Line 3 - ALL OTHER (out all day with illness, travel, etc.)

All students must sign in/out at the attendance window if they are arriving late or leaving early. This will save teachers and students time if a teacher does not change the absence to a tardy.

  • Line 1 messages are listened to frequently, approximately every 30 minutes and early release passes are written up and sent to classes.
  • If your student is to leave during a passing period, lunch period or access period, NO PASS will be written; however, students must still sign out at the attendance window.
  • Line 2 and Line 3 are cleared as time allows and the information will be entered into Infinite Campus by the end of the school day each day. No early release passes will be written after 2:30pm.
