Activities/clubs looking to fundraise or engage in a community service project need to complete the following form and return to the main office for approval
All posters must be approved by an administrator or the administrative assistant to the Activity Director. Stop by the main office.
Field Trip Forms:
This form should be completed and submitted as soon as possible so District can lift pcard restrictions as needed for hotel blocks and airline tickets. Please note that hotel blocks must be with a nationally recognized chain (e.g. Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, IHG, Wyndham, etc.) with controlled interior access corridors. VRBO, Airbnb, vacation rentals, and private homes are not permitted for overnight stays.
Preliminary Overnight Trip Approval Form
This form should be completed and submitted as soon as possible after the trip itinerary is known. A minimum of two weeks is suggested for planning any overnight field trip. All blanks must be filled out or the form will be returned to you.
2023-2024 Proposal for Overnight Activity Trip
This form is for parents to complete. The RC Bookkeeper can put this form on MySchoolBucks as an electronic form.
